Happy Post-Thanksgiving. I hope you all had your meal of choice on the weekend surrounded by friends and family.
Hank is busy stocking back up after a wee break and is ready to feed you until you are full. (again)
Today's soup is Potato, Leek & Bacon Soup.
Sandwiches abound - except for Flank Steak Sandwiches which today are Mint Marinated Lamb Sandwiches - with a rosemary & cranberry mayo. (If I ate meat, and I do eat meat, I would definitely get me some of this.)
Also, we got Pulled Pork Sandwiches up in the hiz-ouse.
Salads roll out with style today (like usual):
Cumbrae's Chicken Salad
Roasted Potatoes with Dill & Bacon
Penne Pasta Salad (penne tossed with goat cheese and black olives)
Sesame Roasted Carrot Salad
Chef Salad (toppings include turkey, bacon and Dijon garlic vinaigrette)
We've got lots to fill those lonely turkey places.
