Wednesday, work, wok, ok?

Wednesday is not a day for fooling about. This is a serious day to buckle down and get things done. It's a four day week, after all. And you're not getting any younger.
Well, you might get younger if you eat all this food full of Ontario nutrition. So, come down and give it a shot.

Today's soup is Curried Beet & Apple Soup (vegetarian friendly).

Sandwiches abound - except for Flank Steak Sandwiches which today are Mint Marinated Lamb Sandwiches - with a rosemary & cranberry mayo. (If I ate meat, and I do eat meat, I would definitely get me some of this.)

Also, we got Pulled Pork Sandwiches in hot, steamy barbecue sauce for your pleasure.

Salads roll out with style today (like usual):
Cumbrae's Chicken Salad
Roasted Potatoes with Dill & Bacon
Penne Pasta Salad (penne tossed with goat cheese and black olives)
Sesame Roasted Carrot Salad
Ni├žoise Salad (the best of the best, shallot vinaigrette)

Come to fill those bellies.
