The weekend is coming (I can hear it coming down the railroad tracks) so prepare yourselves with healthy, hearty meals to keep your resolve to enjoy this summer strong.
Today we have a Cream of Tomato Soup with Arugula (You don't even know yet how great this is).
And some special, yum-tastic salads.

Fresh Garden Vegetable Salad
& Minty Slaw.
I'm off to Nova Scotia for the 26th Year of my Heather. (A friend o' mine).
