Zucchini, Peppers, Barley & many more make an amazing melange of tasty fresh stuff in a light broth.
Ontario Strawberry Salad
Greens topped with field strawberries, shaved onion, fennel, radish & candied walnuts - dressed for the party in a yogurt based poppy seed dressing with smoked paprika (on the side).
Soba Noodle Salad with tofu, sesame seeds & house made kale kimchi. A Hank's Classic.
