Greens topped with field strawberries, shaved onion, fennel, radish & candied walnuts - dressed for the party in a yogurt based poppy seed dressing with smoked paprika (on the side).
Grilled Ontario Vegetable Salad (Chef's Choice)
Paula says this is her favourite of today's specials because of the dressing. Hold onto your hats, here it comes:
Vegetables are marinated in basil vinaigrette and grilled - green zucchini, red & yellow peppers, garlic scapes and fennel. Dressed in a crushed hazelnut vinaigrette (on the side).
LUNCH IS SERVED. Woop!
